2015 sucked for stocks... Beginning of Recession? Do nothing different!

Long term investors know that markets naturally go up and down. If companies take measures to come up with ways to sell newer goods that people are interested in buying, eventually the increased productivity and sales will result in a net increase in the stock prices.

So we should see the flat stock market and even a possible downturn/recession as a great buying opportunity and keep investing. We should not try to time the market as even the best of minds fail at it most times.

Of course we should not buy a few stocks and take on too much risk.

Diversify, keep investing piecemeal into US and International stocks, and put on your seat belts for the rocky road that will end up being a long term fun ride!

Note: Applicable to investors who are looking to grow money over decades.
